The Mecklenburg County Land Records Management Department prints and identifies all legal instruments pertaining to real property recorded in the Register of Deeds Office within 3 to 5 days of recordation date. Straight transfer deeds are processed within 5 to 10 days of recordation date. Parcel dimension changes are processed within 30 to 60 days of recordation date. Recorded maps and deeds are processed within 30 to 60 days of recordation date. This data set is updated daily with updated data generally available on Monday thru Friday.
